I have been going to Frank and Tracy for many years and they are amazing! COVID-19 has only made them work harder to continue to make customers happy and maintain a clean and friendly environment. They work tirelessly to accommodate client’s schedules as well as practicing social distancing and complying with all health regulations. I have been at the salon since restrictions have been lifted and it is extremely clean and they are continuously sanitizing and wiping everything down. I felt extremely safe while being in the salon and they have continued to go above and beyond for their customers.

I have been a client of both Tracy and Frank’s for many, many years. They have always had the highest standards of cleanliness in their salon. Since COVID they have maintained these high standards. I feel completely at ease and safe in the salon. They require mask wearing at all times, clean between each client and social distance whenever possible. I highly recommend Salon Reaction. Best in the business!!!

Tracy, Frank, and the rest of the Salon Reaction team have been great since re-opening after COVID-19. They’ve always been super clean, friendly, and masters at what they do so it is no surprise that they continue to do so during a pandemic.
The salon is very clean and they require masks the entire time in building. They adhere to social distancing by having work stations spread out and limiting the number of people at one time. They even have a small private area in the back if anyone has any concerns. They have hand sanitizer and soap/water everywhere and they do a deep cleaning after every client and every business day. They do their best to be accommodating with schedules even if it means longer days for them. Since they’ve reopened I’ve had my hair, nails, and eyebrows done. Diana was also amazing with waxing! She had all the appropriate protective equipment and was very thorough with cleaning!

I have been going to Salon Reaction since they opened. I can tell you that they were COVID19-ready even before it was such a thing. Frank & Tracy have always had the highest standards for cleanliness and disinfecting every inch of the salon. Their attention to detail in keeping their clients and salon employees safe is second to none. They’ve taken further precautions now because of the virus to not only meet but exceed the standards while still giving their clients the highest level of service. I can’t thank them enough for always doing the right thing and continuing to put their clients first. I go to Salon Reaction for my hair, nails and waxing and have never been happier with the service they provide.

Salon Reaction is the best! Tracy and Frank have taken every precaution since reopening from COVID. The salon is very clean and processes in place to keep everyone safe. Of course, my nails look amazing and hair as well 😊 They truly are the best in the business

I treated myself to a pedicure with Tracy before my 30 year reunion in May. It’s been just over 6 weeks, and I only have a small amount of chipping polish on one toe! Really fantastic pedicure!

The salon is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and the staff was extremely friendly!

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 28 years, and I haven’t had any experiences yet that were as well done or that made me feel so welcome!

I HIGHLY suggest you pay a visit to Tracy, Frank and team and make them your new salon. Trust me, you won’t be sorry!

Salon Reaction is a five star salon in my book. I have been a client of Tracy's for more than 20 years and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. Tracy and Frank make you feel like family. Your happiness and satisfaction is their number one priority. Tracy has gone above and beyond on countless occasions to accommodate my schedule or to track down a product for me. Frank cuts my son's hair and it always looks great! My two daughters and I recently had our make-up done by Diana for a family wedding, and we were all really happy with how it turned out. The front desk staff is always friendly and ready to help book whatever services you need. If you're looking for a new salon, look no further. Salon Reaction is the place to go.

Being a former stylist myself, I cannot say enough about Salon Reaction! The staff is always welcoming, the owners are amazing people and the quality of service is top notch! Had a facial with Diana - excellent!!!! My first time at Reaction was for coloring and haircut- Rachel took care of me - from now on she'll be my hairdresser!!! Excellent service and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Best salon I have ever used. I have never had issues with getting an appointment even, when silly me, wait until last minute to call and schedule one. Tracy and Frank are the greatest and nicest people I have ever encountered in my almost 30 years in the States. The staff is the best EVER, always smiling and so very helpful. I was going to a another salon for 20 years and began noticing the cattiness of the staff and putting the clients in the middle of the situation. So I decided to leave that salon. I meet Rachael and think she is the tops and went to the salon not knowing if I would go back. But the salon is awesome, every person from desk girl to hair washer and wonderful. The place is very clean and everyone is exceptionally polite. I been going about a year now and I think of the staff as one big wonder family. I always recommend the salon. I will follow it where ever it goes.
